Over the hills...

It will still be a long time yet, but something is on the way.

Getting there

Spruced up this place a bit. I’ll probably be tinkering with it a bit more. Sometimes it’s calming to just devote a night to swimming in code.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch. Life came by in a whirlwind. Work on the comic is still going pretty slow, but now that things have calmed down some, I’ll resume and (I hope) pick up the pace. I did a little storyboarding and will probably continue doing that for the week. I’m aiming for sometime in June to start updating again, though I don’t have an exact date yet.

So keep an eye out around the middle of June.

Time, what is time

Forground stuff from pages 4.06 and 4.07 have been inked, but I’m going to have to go back to the backgrounds later. Looks like it’s going to be more uncolored pages, at least for a little while. When I get the time, there’s going to be a major coloring spree.

Skechathon

Just finished sketching pages 4.07-4.10. Will try to finish inking pages 4.06 and 4.07 sometime tomorrow (Thursday), and will attempt to have them posted Friday or Saturday.

Then I’ll probaly have a marathon inking session. Or I’ll storyboard the second half of chapter 4, panel and sketch the rest, and THEN have a marathon inkng session. In any case, I want Chapter 4 finished as soon as possible so that I can post regularly again.

Then it’s on to Chapter 5. Ooooh boy.

Sketching

Sketching a few pages, and then I’ll get back to inking pages 4.06 and 4.07. I’m aiming to get page 4.07, as well as the completed version of 4.06 up by Friday. I have a three-hour training session tomorrow night, though, so we’ll see what happens :/

Plottin'

No progress on pages, but much on plot. So now I’m feeling really excited about the story again, so there’s more motivation to get pages DONE.

…after I finish some classwork…eheheheh…

Posted page 4.06 in a very rough stage. I guess it gives a look into my process, at least? Though I had to fiddle with the blue lines so they’d be at least somewhat visible.

Yeah. Will try to get more inking done on it tomorrow.

delays delaaaaays

Very little time to work on the comic lately. Might have one up late tomorrow, but no promises there. One will (I HOPE) be up by Wednesday the latest.
